F-4A-C /1
F-4A-C/1 is high-sensitivity Level 3 penetrant and its water removeable penetrant , designed to find smaller, finer indications in safety-critical components common to aerospace and engineering applications. F-4A-C/1 penetrant is commonly used to find flaws in investment castings, jet engine components, and highly machined surfaces.
It can be developed with F-5D/1 dry powder developer or F-4W-SP/1 Water spendable developer in an agitated tank or with F-4S(NT) or R-1S(NT)/1 non-aqueous developer. With a UV-A light source, indications will appear as a bright green-yellow fluorescence.
