F-4A-E (PLUS)
F-4A-E (PLUS) water washable penetrant is a ultra-high-sensitivity penetrant (Level 4) that features excellent wash ability. It is used to find open surface flaws in a part with rough surfaces.
It can be developed with F-5D/1 dry powder developer, with F-4W-SP/1 Water spendable developer in an agitated tank or with F-4S(NT) non-aqueous developer. With a UV-A light source, indications will appear as a bright green-yellow fluorescence.
